Guided, non-judgemental programs that build the leadership capability to meet contemporary workplace obligations and create cultures where people and performance thrive.
Co-creating Safe, Inclusive, High-performing Cultures
Our signature program helps leaders build the capability to meet contemporary workplace obligations. Through guided, non-judgemental self-exploration, leaders gain insight into the behaviours that strengthen performance, and those that may compromise colleagues, teams and culture.
Applying a human-centric approach, leaders:
- Explore the value of, and the barriers to, safe, inclusive, high-performing workplaces
- Examine how mindsets and behaviours are formed
- Consider, from a place of curiosity over judgement, the impact of learned behaviours on self and others
- Review new regulatory and legal requirements, and effective measures to meet them
- Identify informed, self-determined solutions to meet obligations
This work is preceded by confidential focus groups with under-represented, often under-estimated employees in leadership ranks, typically women and minorities. Their unique view of the organisation — its strengths, challenges and potential solutions — is invaluable to co-creating a culture of respect and trust.
Through reflection and dialogue, leaders identify measurable actions that mitigate culture risk and foster an environment where people — and culture — thrive.
Board and Executive Team Training
With regulatory requirements and employee expectations on the rise, leaders are under increased pressure to demonstrate meaningful action on workplace conduct. For Boards, this means appropriate governance and oversight. For Executive teams, it requires actively prioritising the leadership practices, prevention measures and support systems that help people meet behavioural expectations.
In-Q’s Board and Executive Training Lab moves from strict compliance awareness to prevention, building a shared understanding of the behaviours, conditions and leadership practices that reduce culture risk. Through guided reflection and structured dialogue, leaders explore the source and impact of workplace behaviours, clarify respective roles in prevention, and identify practical, measurable actions that strengthen capability and accountability.
A more confident and aligned leadership group — better equipped to meet contemporary workplace expectations and foster the conditions for safer, more inclusive, high-performing cultures.
Women’s Leadership Lab
Women comprise almost half the workforce, yet the further they rise, the fewer their number and influence. What happens during a woman’s tenure that leads to so few women at the top? And what can women do, in conjunction with firm leaders, to ensure equitable outcomes?
Grounded in evidence on social and systemic barriers, this interactive workshop helps women aspiring to leadership to:
- Reflect on the benefits of diverse and inclusive cultures, in the workplace and beyond
- Understand gendered barriers and how to win support to overcome them
- Create a community of like-minded colleagues to co-create a high-performance culture underpinned by safety, belonging and respect
